We ask your forgiveness for the following: French Poodles, French Mimes, our unabashed love for Jerry Lewis, being better lovers than you... the list goes on. But one thing we have no regrets about is our incredible bread, pastries, and authentic French dishes.
The location for one of the Twin Cities' most ambitious and authentic French Bakery & Café may be a bit unexpected. But one encounter with Pardon My French and it will most certainly make sense to you and your taste buds. How did this all happen? Well, it started with the talent & vision of Head Chef, Frédéric Klein, but it most certainly didn't end there. Together with a team of talented restaurateurs, we've created an experience that doesn't belong in Eagan, MN... which is exactly why it makes so much sense.
So, please, pardon the berets, pardon the occasional Gerard Depardieu movie and, by all means, pardon the interruption and start eating!
